We have bereavement support groups running in different cities nationally. Our welcoming teams will be pleased to help support you in joining a group of your choice. Our support groups are always facilitated by at least one qualified counsellor, along with DBS checked befrienders and volunteers.
Support groups can be a great form of reassurance to help you along your healing journey at any point before, during or after therapy. To meet and listen to a group of people whom have a shared pain, within a safe and confidential facilitated space can have a cathartic and therapeutically healing effect on your mental and emotional wellbeing.
