HOPE Support Service is expanding its Life Coaching service
to reach further into our communities and help those who may not
otherwise have access to this invaluable means of support.
WHAT IS COACHING?
Holding a confidential space for clients to explore their issues,
where they can feel safe, seen and heard.
Helping clients explore practical tools and strategies so they are
empowered to manage their lives and unlock their potential.
Supporting clients to define their goals and have
the confidence to plan and move forward.

"COMING OUT OF COVID"
As we are “Coming out of Covid many of Us are facing new challenges or some of those from lockdown are still with us. for example working from home, returning to work, or regaining our work/life balance Sometimes we can feel anxious or overwhelmed struggling to cope with what used to be normal We may even not be sure what normal is anymore or what we want it to be If you are facing any of these things, our coaches will be able to help you
